On Saturday July 5th, 2008 two innocent lives were tragically taken at the hands of a drinking boater. Tiffany Amber Breslin, 14 and Desiree Leigh Hobil, 19 were struck by a boat while sitting on the Breslin family sea-doo on the Colorado River in Needles, California. Tiffany suffered a traumatic brain injury that ultimately led to her passing on July 6th, 2008.
In honor of Tiffany’s memory the Breslin family has dedicated their lives to informing the public about the dangers of operating ANY vessel or vehicle while intoxicated, distracted or otherwise impaired. Through donations and fundraising events, the foundation is able to put on awareness events, participate in awareness events with other community groups, distribute awareness information like flyers, billboards, shirts and bracelets and award college scholarships. With your support we have and will continue to save lives and honor the life of our beautiful Tiffany.
